WESTSIDE OFFICE PARK

Westside Office Park was an upscale multi use complex located in the sought after Westside area of Houston. Surrounded by some of Houston’s most desirable communities (Williamsburg, Cinco Ranch, Cimmarron, and the progressive town of Katy); the Westside development site consisted of 757 acres and was large enough to accommodate an extensive retail center, restaurants, office and distribution facilities, as well as multi-family residential spaces. An Interfin partnership acquired the Westside site in 1995 and developed 82 acres into the Westside Office Park.

Adjoining the site, Interfin developed a Cinemark Tinseltown 19-screen movie theatre, with 4,000 seats and approximately 1,400 parking spaces. The theatre and adjoining land were later sold in 2007.
